This page outlines the terms by which you may access and use the Site, RentWorthy’s online and mobile services including the Platform, and related software (collectively, the “Services”). Please read it carefully.
These Terms (“Terms”) apply to all suppliers, renters, visitors, users, and anyone else who accesses the Site or uses the Services (collectively, (“Users”). By accessing the Platform or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms, the RentWorthy Privacy Policy and all other policies and procedures that we may publish on the Site from time to time, each of which is incorporated by reference herein and each of which may be amended from time to time. If you do not agree to any of these Terms, you may not access the Platform or use the Services.
You acknowledge and agree to the following key points:
• Renting Transactions: All transactions conducted on the Platform are conducted solely between a “Supplier” and a “Renter”. RentWorthy acts only as a third-party facilitator, connecting Renters and Supplier. RentWorthy makes no claim for or guarantee of, and assumes no responsibility for, the accuracy of content or information provided by Users; the quality, safety, proper functioning, or legality of use of items listed for rent; the ability of Suppliers to make Items available for rent and the ability of Renters to pay for Items rented; the completion of a Renting Transaction or the return of items rented through the Platform; or the resolution of disputes arising from any Renting Transaction.
• Renter Responsibility: There are risks associated with renting and using certain items and each Renter assumes all risks associated with, and full responsibility for, the possession, custody, use and operation of items rented on the Platform. RentWorthy is not liable for any action or inaction of Renters that is related to the rental, possession, custody, use, misuse or operation of items rented on the Platform.
• Supplier Authorization: As a Supplier, you authorize RentWorthy and its third-party payment processors to charge your payment method for cancellation fees, as outlined in these Terms.
• Renter Authorization: As a Renter, you authorize RentWorthy and its third-party payment processors to charge your payment method for any lost, stolen, or damaged items, as well as any applicable cancellation fees.
• Dispute Resolution: These Terms include a mandatory individual arbitration and a waiver of class action/jury trial rights, requiring arbitration to resolve disputes on an individual basis.Additional terms and conditions may apply to certain services, and RentWorthy will notify Users of any changes via email or other communication channels.
RentWorthy provides its Platform to connect Users who want to rent their personal items (Suppliers) with Users seeking to rent them (Renters). Suppliers list their items for rent in exchange for fees, while Renters pay to use these items for a designated period of time. Every transaction facilitated through the Platform is referred to as a “Renting Transaction,” and the items involved in these transactions are referred to as “Items.”
RentWorthy's role is solely to facilitate these Renting Transactions by providing the Services. RentWorthy does not control, warrant or guarantee the following:
• The existence, quality, safety, or legality of use of Items listed;
• The accuracy of content or information provided by Users in their listings;
• The ability of Suppliers to make their Items available for rent or the ability of Renters to pay for them;
• or The completion of a Renting Transaction or the return of Items.
While RentWorthy provides tools to assist in ensuring a positive transaction experience, such as Pre-rental assessments to document the condition of Items before and after a rental, we cannot guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of use of Items advertised on the Platform.
All Items must be approved by RentWorthy’s admin team prior to being listed. However, this approval process does not imply any warranty or guarantee regarding the Items' quality, condition, safety or suitability for rental.
To access the Services, you must register and create an account. This requires providing complete and accurate information, including contact details, a profile picture (with your face fully visible), a username, and a password. You may also be required to verify your account. We may use third-party identity verification services to ensure the accuracy of your account information. By providing us your email, you consent to the use of email to receive notices from us. You are fully responsible for your account and any activity under it, whether by you or by third parties. You must notify us immediately if there is any unauthorized use of your account or any security breaches. Providing inaccurate or incomplete information or permitting unauthorized use of your account may result in termination of your access to Services. We are not liable for any unauthorized use of your account or the Platform or for any security breaches that are the result of your negligence.
You may discontinue using Services at any time, and we reserve the right to terminate your access and remove listings for any reason, in accordance with applicable laws. Termination does not relieve either party of obligations incurred prior to termination, and we may retain and use information previously provided. All disclaimers, liability limitations, and dispute resolution provisions will survive termination.
When accessing Services, you agree to comply with these Terms, our privacy policy, all other policies and procedures that we may publish on our Site, and all applicable laws, rules and regulations. Among other things, by using the Services you agree that you will not:
• Breach or circumvent any applicable laws, rules, regulations, third-party rights, or RentWorthy systems or policies;
• Use Services if you cannot form legally binding contracts (e.g., if you are under 18 years old) or if your access to Services has been suspended;
• Fail to pay for rented Items or fail to deliver Items if you are a Supplier;
• Manipulate prices, interfere with listings, or undermine feedback/rating systems;Transfer your RentWorthy account without consent from the RentWorthy Admin team;
• Share your login credentials with third parties; or
• List inappropriate or illegal Items (e.g., alcohol, firearms, drugs).
The following items are prohibited on the Platform:
1. Weapons and Explosives
• Firearms, ammunition, and related accessories
• Fireworks, explosives, or any hazardous materials
• Knives, swords, or other dangerous blades not intended for specific lawful purposes
2. Drugs and Controlled Substances
• Firearms, ammunition, and related accessories
• Fireworks, explosives, or any hazardous materials
• Knives, swords, or other dangerous blades not intended for specific lawful purposes
3. Alcohol, Tobacco, and Vaping Products
• Alcoholic beverages of any kind
• Tobacco products and electronic cigarettes (vapes)
4. Stolen or Illegal Goods
• Any items acquired through theft or illegal activities
• Counterfeit or pirated goods, including fake designer products
5. Vehicles and Heavy Machinery
• Motor vehicles (e.g., cars, motorcycles) that require a license or registration to operate
• Aircraft, boats, or any other large vehicles requiring special licenses
• Heavy construction machinery or industrial equipment
6. Hazardous Materials
• Flammable, toxic, or radioactive substances
• Chemicals that pose a risk to health and safety (e.g., cleaning agents, solvents)
• Asbestos or other harmful building materials
7. Personal Identification and Financial Documents
• Passports, driver’s licenses, government IDs, or any personal identification documents
• Credit cards, debit cards, or bank account information
8. Perishable Goods
• Food, drinks, or any items that spoil or expire quickly
• Livestock or other animals (excluding pet-related services)
9. Medical Equipment and Devices
• Medical devices that require a prescription or professional handling (e.g., oxygen tanks, ventilators)
• Life-saving or emergency medical equipment
10. Adult Content and Items
• Pornographic materials or any item of an explicit sexual nature
• Sex toys or related adult paraphernalia
11. Live Animals
• Any live animals for any purpose (e.g., pets, farm animals)
12. Illegal Software or Digital Products
• Pirated software, hacking tools, or unauthorized access to digital services
• Any content that violates intellectual property rights
13. Other Prohibited Items and Actions:
• Items deemed dangerous, harmful, or illegal under any local, state, or federal law, rules or regulation;
• Any Item that violates RentWorthy’s community guidelines or may pose a risk to public safety;
• False, misleading, or harmful content;
• Distribution of spam, chain letters, viruses, or any other technologies that may harm RentWorthy or Users;
• Use of automated tools (e.g., robots, scrapers) to access the RentWorthy Services;
• Interference with the functioning of RentWorthy Services or the imposition of an unreasonable load on its infrastructure;
• Violations of intellectual property rights belonging to RentWorthy or third parties;
• Collection or use of information about Users without their consent.
RentWorthy reserves the right to enforce these Terms and its other policies and to take action in response to violations at its sole discretion. When evaluating potential violations, we will consider several factors, including but not limited to the severity of the violation, the User's history using the Platform, and the potential impact on other Users and the RentWorthy community.
Actions we may take include, but are not limited to:
• Warnings: For minor infractions or first-time violations, Users may receive a warning outlining the nature of the violation and steps required to comply with these Terms.
• Temporary Suspension: For more serious violations, we may temporarily suspend a User’s account. During the suspension period, a suspended User will not be able to rent, list, or otherwise use Services. The suspension may last until the issue is resolved or until we determine further action is required.
• Permanent Account Termination: In cases of repeated violations or severe infractions that compromise the integrity of Services or harm other Users, we may permanently terminate a User’s account. If we do, we will notify you in writing.
• Removal of Content: We reserve the right to remove content that violates our policies, including User-generated content such as item listings, reviews, and comments, without prior notice.
• Legal Action: In extreme cases involving illegal activity, fraud, or severe abuse of any Services, we may pursue legal action against a User to protect the Site and its Users.Fail to pay for rented Items or fail to deliver Items if you are a Supplier;
Appeals:
In the event of account suspension or termination, a User may request a review of our decision. We will provide an internal review process that allows Users to submit any relevant information or dispute the violation. We will evaluate an appeal and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Transparency and Communication:
We are committed to providing transparent communication regarding policy enforcement. Whenever enforcement actions are taken, we will notify a User through the contact information provided in the User’s account and include the reasoning behind our action.
5.1 Payment Terms
Payment Processing
We use third-party payment processors to handle all financial transactions. By using Services or accessing the Platform, you agree to the payment terms set by these processors, and you agree to provide accurate and current billing information at all times. You authorize RentWorthy or our payment processors to charge your chosen payment method for all fees associated with rentals, including any applicable taxes, penalties, or late fees. We are not responsible for errors or delays caused by the payment processor.
Failed Payments
If your payment method fails or is declined, you may provide an alternate payment method. If you fail to update your payment information promptly, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and to cancel any pending rentals. Unpaid balances may be sent to a collections agency if not resolved promptly after the payment due date.
Payment Disputes
RentWorthy has no liability or responsibility for any dispute regarding payment. In the event of a payment dispute, we may attempt to mediate the issue between Renters and Suppliers. However, you are responsible for resolving any disputes directly with the payment processor. If a resolution cannot be reached, we reserve the right to review the case and issue a decision at our sole discretion. Disputes must be raised within 10 business days after the transaction.
Cancellation Fees and Refunds
RentWorthy charges a cancellation fee if a rental is canceled after confirmation.For details see our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Late Fees and Penalties
If a rental Item is returned late, you will be charged a late fee per day/hour beyond the agreed-upon return time. We will automatically charge this fee to your payment method on file. Suppliers must document and report late returns immediately after the agreed return time to qualify for receipt of a late fee. For details see our Fee Policy.
Service Fees
We charge a service fee on all transactions. This fee is non-refundable once the rental is confirmed. Service fees are subject to change and you will be notified of any changes in advance. Applicable taxes or other charges required by local law will be added to the final transaction amount.
Shipping and Delivery
5.2 Delivery Responsibility
RentWorthy is a Business-To-Consumer marketplace and does not take any responsibility for the delivery or return of Items rented on the Platform. All shipping, pickup, and delivery arrangements are solely the responsibility of Renters and Suppliers.
Suppliers
Are responsible for ensuring that Items are delivered or available for pickup at the agreed-upon time and location. Suppliers must also ensure the Item is in good working condition and ready for use as described in the listing.
Renters
Are responsible for coordinating the return of Items in the condition they were received, adhering to the agreed-upon time and method of delivery or return.
5.3 Shipping and Delivery Options
We provide tools on the Platform to facilitate communication between Renters and Suppliers regarding pickup, delivery, or shipping of Items. However, we do not provide logistics or shipping services and any third-party delivery services used (such as couriers or shipping companies) must be contacted directly between the Renter and Supplier. Renters and Suppliers may use any mutually agreed-upon shipping or delivery method and it is their responsibility to confirm the details, costs, and risks involved in the delivery of the Item.
5.4 Delivery Disputes
We encourage both Renters and Suppliers to communicate promptly regarding delivery timelines and any potential delays. If there is a dispute regarding delivery or Item condition upon receipt, Renters and Suppliers should first attempt to resolve the issue directly through the RentWorthy messaging system. If the dispute cannot be resolved, our support team may assist in facilitating a resolution, but we do not guarantee a refund or replacement in cases of non-delivery, late delivery, or delivery of an Item that does not meet the listing description.
5.5 Damage During Delivery or Use of a Rented Item
Renters and Suppliers should properly package and secure Items for delivery to prevent damage during transit. We are not liable for any damage that occurs to Items during shipping, delivery, custody, possession, use or operation of a rented Item and disputes regarding damage should be handled directly between the Renter and Suppliers. We offer optional insurance policies that can be purchased through the Platform to cover potential accidental damage during the rental period which includes shipping and delivery time. It is the responsibility of the Renter to understand and select appropriate insurance options during the rental process. If you do not purchase any insurance policy through the Platform, you will be solely responsible for any damage that occurs to a rented Item during the rental period including shipping and delivery time.
5.6 Ownership Transfer During Delivery
Once the Item has been handed over to the Renter, the Renter assumes full responsibility for the care and condition of the Item for the duration of the rental period. RentWorthy does not arrange shipping. RentWorthy is not liable for any incidents or damage to an Item that occurs at any time during the rental period including during shipping, delivery and pickup.
Transaction FeesRenter Fees: We charge a transaction fee on all rental bookings made through the Platform. This fee is automatically included in the total cost shown at checkout and is non-refundable once the booking is confirmed. For details see our Fee Policy.
Supplier Fees: We charge a percentage fee on the total amount earned by Suppliers for each successful rental transaction. This fee is deducted automatically before payout to the Supplier. Suppliers will receive a detailed breakdown of each transaction, including fees deducted, in their account dashboard.
Example: If the total rental amount is $100, and the Supplier fee is 10%, the Supplier will receive $90 after RentWorthy’s fee deduction.
Taxes: Taxes are based on state and local tax rates.
Cancellation Policy and Fees
• Renter-Initiated Cancellations: As described in our Cancellation Policy, Renters may pay a fee for cancellation of a booking made less than 48 hours before the rental period begins. No refunds will be issued after the rental period has begun.
• Supplier-Initiated Cancellations: As described in our Cancellation Policy, Suppliers must provide a full refund to the Renter for cancellation of a confirmed booking. Repeated cancellations by Suppliers may result in penalties, including temporary suspension of the Supplier’s account or reduced visibility on the Platform.
Refunds
Refunds, if any, will be processed back to the original payment method as described in our Refund Policy. We do not take responsibility for delays caused by payment processors or banks.
In certain cases, we may mediate disputes between Renters and Suppliers regarding cancellations. However, final refund decisions will be at our discretion, based on the Platform’s cancellation policy and circumstances of the case.
7.1 User-Generated Content
By uploading or submitting any content to the Platform, including but not limited to photos, descriptions, reviews, or other materials ("User Content") you, as the User, retain ownership of any intellectual property rights you hold in that content. RentWorthy does not claim ownership of your User Content. You also represent and warrant to RentWorthy that you own or control all rights to such User Content, and your User Content and our use of it do not violate any law or infringe any rights of any third party. By providing User Content through the Platform, you hereby grant RentWorthy a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, distribute, modify, adapt, publicly display, publicly perform, and reproduce such content in connection with the operation, promotion, and marketing of the RentWorthy Platform.This license will remain in effect until you remove your User Content from the Platform or you delete your account. Upon removal of the content or account deletion, the license will terminate, except for any content already in use for marketing or operational purposes (e.g., screenshots, promotional materials). RentWorthy is not obligated to remove or modify such uses retroactively.
7.2 Platform Content and RentWorthy Materials
All content, software, data, trademarks, logos, graphics, and other materials created or provided by RentWorthy or its licensors ("RentWorthy Materials") remain the sole property of RentWorthy or its licensors. This includes any enhancements, modifications, or derivative works created by or for RentWorthy. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Platform and RentWorthy Materials solely for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms.
Any unauthorized use, reproduction, modification, or distribution of RentWorthy Materials is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your account and civil and criminal charges against you.
7.3 Prohibited Uses of Our Services and RentWorthy Intellectual Property
You agree not to:
1. Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Platform or any portion of the Platform, Services, or any RentWorthy Materials;
2. Use any automated means (e.g., scraping, bots) to access the Platform or any Rentworthy Materials
3. Use any RentWorthy trademarks or branding in any manner that suggests affiliation or endorsement without our express written consent;
4. Transmit through the Platform any spam, chain letters, requests for donations, advertisements or commercial solicitations, or any other unsolicited email or messages;
5. Upload invalid data, viruses, worms or other harmful software agents to the Platform;Interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform; or
6. Modify, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any of the Services.,
7.4 Reporting Intellectual Property Violations
If you believe that any content on the Platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please notify us immediately at legal@rentworthy.us. We will review such claims and, if necessary, take appropriate action, including removal of the allegedly infringing content.
7.5 Data Deletion
Requesting Account or Data Deletion
RentWorthy respects your right to privacy and allows you to request the deletion of your account and personal data. If you would like to delete your account or any specific content associated with it, please follow the instructions below:
Account Deletion
To permanently delete your RentWorthy account, please send a written request to our support team at support@rentworthy.us . Include your account details, such as the email associated with your account, for verification purposes.Once we receive and confirm your request, we will delete your account and associated data within 30 days, except for any data we are required to retain for legal, regulatory, or compliance purposes.
Content Deletion
If you wish to remove specific content from your account such as listings, reviews, or comments, please contact our support team with details of the content you would like deleted.We will process your request within 14 days and remove the specified content, provided that the specified content is not subject to retention for legal and regulatory reasons.
Retention of Necessary Data
Certain data may be retained by RentWorthy as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements, even after your account has been deleted. This retained data will be managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, even after your account has been deleted.
Data Shared with Third Parties
Any data shared with third parties prior to deletion may remain in those third parties' records, subject to their individual data retention and deletion policies. For further information on data sharing, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Renter’s Representations and Warranties
As a Renter, you represent and warrant to RentWorthy that:
1. You have the legal right to enter into a transaction under these Terms without violating any law, rule, regulation, or agreement with any third party.
2. You will use rented Items strictly as authorized and will not use them in any manner that would violate any law, regulation, or the rights of third parties.
3. You are renting Items for your own personal use only and not for resale, sublease, subrent, or export.
4. You are legally licensed to use rented Items that require any license or permit for use and you will provide evidence to the Supplier of a valid and current license or permit before the rental period begins.
5. You will treat rented Items with care, take reasonable steps to ensure their return in the same condition as received, and return them on time.
6. You will not allow anyone other than those listed in the booking details as approved users to use the rented Items.
Supplier’s Representations and Warranties
As a Supplier, you represent and warrant to RentWorthy that:
1. You have the legal right to enter into any transaction under these Terms without violating any law, rule, regulation, or agreement with any third party.
2. You have good, marketable, and insurable title to Items listed for rent, and the Items are free of any third-party encumbrances.Items offered for rent were lawfully obtained, are not misrepresented as to their authenticity, and are not fraudulent in nature.
3. Items are not reproductions and have not undergone repairs not explicitly disclosed in the listing.
4. You are legally licensed to rent out Items and will provide proof to the Renter or through RentWorthy of a current, valid license and/or permit before the rental period begins, if applicable.
5. Items provided are safe, legally registered, and insured (where applicable by law), have a clean title, and are in good mechanical condition.
6. You will deliver the Items on time and only to the Renter listed as an approved user in the RentWorthy systems.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RentWorthy, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and their respective officers, directors, employees, service providers, contractors, and agents (collectively, the “Indemnified Parties”) from and against any claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from or related to:
1. Your breach of any of these Terms;
2. Your unauthorized use of any Services;
3. Our use and your use of any User Content;
4. Any disputes arising between you and any other User or other person or entity; and
5. Your violation of any law, regulation, or rights of any third party.
The Indemnified Parties shall bear no liability for any such breach, unauthorized use, or violation, and you agree to indemnify them for any resulting losses, damages, judgments, awards, costs, or legal expenses. Furthermore, you agree to indemnify and hold the Indemnified Parties harmless from any claims made by third parties due to your use of any content, information, or items obtained through the RentWorthy services.
You acknowledge and agree that when you conduct a Renting Transaction on the Platform, you are entering into a transaction with a Supplier or a Renter and not with RentWorthy. You further acknowledge and agree that there are risks involved with a Renting Transaction and that you assume all risks related to renting, shipping, delivering, holding, storing, using, or operating any Item. You expressly waive and release RentWorthy from any and all liabilities, claims, causes of action or damages arising from or related to your use of any Services.
RentWorthy is not responsible for delays or non-performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, events such as war, severe weather, strikes, floods, lockouts, fires, acts of God, terrorism, or third-party failures including delivery, vendor, or supplier delays.
RentWorthy provides a Platform that facilitates the rental of Items between Suppliers and Renters. However, RentWorthy does not itself provide item sharing, rental services, or insurance services, and RentWorthy is not liable for the actions or omissions of any Users, manufacturers, or third-party service providers. The Services are provided "as is," without any warranties, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RentWorthy disclaims all implied warranties, including those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and quiet enjoyment. No communication from RentWorthy of any kind will create any warranty not expressly provided in these Terms. RentWorthy does not guarantee that the Services, listings, or any Items will meet your needs, or that the Platform will operate uninterrupted, securely, or error-free. RentWorthy does not make any warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or quality of any content, listings, Items, Suppliers, or Renters.
You agree to waive any claims you may have against RentWorthy, its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, service providers, contractors, and agents. This waiver includes claims for any damages or losses, including negligence, related to:
1. Item availability or return issues;
2. Problems with an Item, such as malfunctions or deficiencies;
3. Our use and your use of any User Content;
4. The legal or license status of an Item, Suppliers, or Renter;
5. Third-party assessments of an Item’s value; and
6. Any actions or inactions by Suppliers or Renters.
Neither RentWorthy nor any party involved in providing Services will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including lost profits, data, or goodwill, service interruptions, or computer system failures). This applies whether the claim is based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, arising from or related to:
1. These Terms;
2. Use of the Services, including listings and bookings; or
3. Inability to use the Services.
In any case, RentWorthy’s maximum liability is limited to the rental price and service fees paid for the Item rented, or the fair market value of the Item plus service fees in the case of Suppliers. RentWorthy is not liable for loss of use, data, business, goodwill, reputation, revenue, or any consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, or other indirect losses of any kind.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Release
In the event of a dispute with one or more Users, you agree to release RentWorthy, its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, service providers, contractors, and agents from any and all claims, demands, and damages (both actual and consequential), arising out of or connected with such disputes. By agreeing to this release, you expressly waive, to the maximum extent allowed by law, any legal protections (statutory or otherwise) that limit the scope of this release to claims you may know or suspect to exist at the time of agreeing.
Binding Arbitration
Subject to applicable law, you agree to waive:
1. Your right to litigate claims in court or before a jury; and
2. Your right to consolidate claims or to participate in any class-action lawsuits.
Any claim, dispute, or controversy that cannot be amicably resolved by the parties will be settled by binding arbitration, administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its commercial arbitration rules. The arbitration will take place in Delaware, and the proceedings will be conducted in English.
The arbitrators will issue a written decision with findings of fact, and the judgment on their award may be entered in any court in Delaware with jurisdiction. The arbitrators will apply Delaware law to resolve all disputes.
You and RentWorthy will each bear your and its own costs and the cost of reasonable attorneys’ fees in any matter submitted for arbitration. The prevailing party will be entitled to reimbursement of these expenses. By agreeing to arbitration, you also waive the right to consolidate claims or participate in class-action claims. This section is your exclusive remedy for resolving disputes related to these Terms. If any part of this section is found unenforceable, the rest of these Terms will remain enforceable.
Small-Claims Option
Despite the arbitration clause, you may choose to pursue a breach of warranty claim in small claims court instead of arbitration. To do so, you must notify RentWorthy in writing within 90 days after the rental transaction. This option is only available for individual disputes, and you are not permitted to file or participate in any class-action lawsuit in small claims court under these Terms.
These Terms, along with any instructions provided by RentWorthy related to Items you rent through the Platform, any terms associated with promotions or sales, and the RentWorthy Privacy Policy, collectively constitute the final and integrated agreement between you and RentWorthy. This agreement supersedes any prior understandings or agreements between you and RentWorthy.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be removed without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions. RentWorthy may assign these Terms at its discretion, and in such cases, notice will be provided on the Platform. You may not assign your rights or delegate your duties under these Terms without RentWorthy’s prior written consent.
Section headings are included for reference purposes only and do not limit the scope of the sections. RentWorthy’s decision not to take action on a breach by you or others does not waive its right to act on similar or future breaches. RentWorthy does not guarantee action will be taken on all breaches of these Terms.
RentWorthy reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time by posting updated terms on the Platform. This right includes the ability to add, change, or remove terms. RentWorthy will provide 30 days’ notice of any changes by posting the amended terms. Continued use of Services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. RentWorthy may also require you to acknowledge acceptance through an electronic click-through. These Terms cannot be amended except by mutual agreement with a RentWorthy representative authorized to do so.
RentWorthy reserves the right to refuse, modify, or terminate part or all of the Services at any time, for any reason, at its sole discretion, by providing notice of termination.
If you create or use an account on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you are authorized to bind the business to these Terms. The account will be owned and controlled by the business entity. These Terms do not create any agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer, or franchisor-franchisee relationship between you and RentWorthy.
RentWorthy reserves the right to disclose information as necessary to comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, or governmental requests.
