Cancellation & Refund Policy

Within 48 Hours of Approved/Accepted Rentals:

•
1-Day Rentals: No refund.

• Rentals of 2 Days or More: Refund minus one full day of rental plus taxes and fees if canceled.

‍Advanced Approved/Accepted Rentals:

•
1-Day Rentals: Full refund if canceled more than 48 hours before pickup.

• No refund if canceled within 48 hours of pickup.

‍Rentals of 2 Days or More:

•
Full refund if canceled more than 48 hours before pickup.

• Refund minus one full day of rental plus taxes and fees if canceled within 48 hours of pickup.

‍Force Majeure Policy

•
Unexpected events affecting rentals (e.g., natural disasters) are subject to full refunds or priority rescheduling.

‍Additional Information

•
All cancellations must be made through the Rentworthy platform.

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

• Rentals canceled after the pickup date will be charged based on rental duration.

• Rentworthy reserves the right to review cancellations on a case-by-case basis.

• Suppliers are not permitted to override this cancellation policy without Rentworthy's explicit approval.
