Scheduled Drop-Off
• Renters must return rental items on the scheduled drop-off date and time agreed upon in the rental request.
Late Returns
If a renter fails to return the rental item by the scheduled drop-off time, the following policies will apply:
• Grace Period: A short grace period may be allowed for late returns, subject to the supplier’s approval.
• Late Fees: If the item is not returned within the grace period, the renter will be charged for a full day of rental plus applicable taxes and fees until the item is returned.
Condition of Returned Items
• Renters are responsible for returning items in the same condition as received, barring normal wear and tear.
• Any damage or excessive cleaning required will result in additional charges, assessed by the supplier.
Supplier Responsibilities
• Suppliers must be present at the agreed-upon location to receive the returned item at the scheduled drop-off time.
• If a supplier is unavailable or unable to accept the return, the renter will not be charged any fees or penalties.
