Supplier Response Policy

Response Time

• Rental requests with a pickup time of 48 hours or less: Suppliers must accept or decline within 5 hours.

• All other rental requests: Suppliers must accept or decline within 48 hours of submission.

Automatic Cancellation

• If a supplier fails to respond within 48 hours, the rental request will be automatically canceled.

• Both the renter and supplier will be notified of the cancellation via the Rentworthy platform.

Renter Compensation

• On a case-by-case basis, Rentworthy may provide the affected renter with a credit for future rentals.

• The decision to offer credit and the amount will be at Rentworthy's discretion.

Consistent Non-Response

• Suppliers who repeatedly fail to respond to rental requests may face penalties, suspension, or removal from the platform.

Exceptions

• In cases of verifiable emergencies or technical issues, suppliers may appeal penalties by contacting Rentworthy Support.

Policy Updates

• Rentworthy reserves the right to modify this policy as needed to ensure optimal platform performance and user satisfaction.
