Pick Up Policy

Scheduled Pickup

•
Renters must pick up rental items on the scheduled pickup date and time agreed upon in the rental request.

‍Failure to Pick Up

•
If a renter fails to pick up the rental item at the scheduled pickup time on the scheduled pickup date, the rental will be automatically canceled.

‍Cancellation Charges
•
Cancellations due to failure to pick up will be subject to the Rentworthy Cancellation Policy:

• 1-Day Rentals: No refund will be issued.

• Rentals of 2 Days or More: The renter will be charged one full day of rental plus taxes and fees.

‍Supplier Responsibilities

•
Suppliers must have the rental item available for pickup at the agreed-upon time and location.

• If a supplier is not present or the item is unavailable at the scheduled pickup time, they may be subject to penalties as outlined in the Supplier Response Policy.

‍Communication

•
Both renters and suppliers should communicate any delays or issues with each other through the Rentworthy platform as soon as possible.

‍Grace Period

•
A short grace period (to be determined by Rentworthy) may be allowed for late pickups, subject to the supplier’s approval.

‍Dispute Resolution

•
In case of disputes regarding pickup, both parties should contact Rentworthy Support for assistance.

‍Repeated Violations

•
Renters or suppliers who repeatedly violate the pickup policy may face account restrictions or removal from the platform.

‍Policy Updates

•
Rentworthy reserves the right to review pickup issues on a case-by-case basis and modify this policy as needed to ensure fair practices for all users.
